"Exceptional"

I really wanted to sit at the bar to eat breakfast and watch the Tvs even though it was closed, few people said no, but RYTON stepped in and accommodated me and was very nice about it and respectful, as was I in my request. Lori was very nice, made my drink and great to talk with. This was definitely the hotel accommodations one hopes to expect and these made my experience worth hoping to run into them again

"Valet staff amazing!!"

The valet staff has always been exceptional and professional!! One of the best valet staff I’ve ever met. The team member, Fish, is absolutely one of the best I’ve ever met! Goes well beyond to make sure all the needs are taken care of, and very nice polite and professional!

"Westin Indy Atmosphere and Service"

Fantastic experience and the best valet around, especially Fish! I always look forward to seeing him when I come to town as it makes it feel like home. I’d highly recommend this hotel to business travelers visiting Indy!

I want to sincerely thank the entire staff for being so attentive and kind throughout my visit. Everyone truly went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. A very special thank you to Kenya for her radiating energy and positive attitude. she absolutely made my day! Her warmth and enthusiasm did not go unnoticed. I’d also like to recognize Lori, Mike, Ashley, Jenna, and Manager Jen for their outstanding service. It’s clear this team genuinely cares about their guests.
