"Supercross Race"

We were in town for the Supercross races. We were able to check in at 10:00am so that we wouldn’t have to do that after the race which would have been between 10:30pm and 11:00pm. I can’t say enough about the service!!! We will definitely be back!

Posting for my wife: My husband and I recently stayed at the Westin Indianapolis and had a great experience thanks to Yolan who provided exceptional service while I was at the Club Lounge and ran into her again while she was at the front desk. She was warm and attentive to my needs at the lounge and to the questions I had at the front desk. Her professionalism with a personal touch to boot is what will want me to come and stay at the Westin Indianapolis at every opportunity | get to visit. The customer service provided by Yolan deserves recognition!

"From the start it was excellent."

"A joy to get the chance to stay here"

EVERY single person with a working role at the hotel has extremely thoughtful and helpful when needed. Best experience in my seven years staying here during the combine. I must recognize Yolan and Nathan at the front desk, Darren at the bell station and Michelle in the club who were exceptionally kind to me.
