"Excellent service"

We just checked in for a 3 day stay but needed to mention that all the staff at front Desk is extremely nice. Very professional and polite. I do want to do a shout out to Kenya!!! She works in the Ten Hands Market! We were lucky to have her make our pizza!! She made it with love!! She took pride in her work and made it the way she would want it. She was kind, professional and funny!! Everyone that she interacted with was treated very nicely. Thank you Kenya!!!

"Elite lounge"

The customer service in the elite lounge was top notch! Zach and Michelle were very attentive to the guests and made sure I had what was needed. Michelle made a yummy hot chocolate and Zach found me a special request item within minutes. They made the visit in the lounge quite enjoyable.

"Lanang Was Grear"

"All business no gluten"

Fantastic experience at the Ten Hands bar & eatery during my business trip. I've got celiac and each time I ate here they made sure to mark my orders and I had no issues whatsoever. Portions were generous and service was attentive. Would happily eat and stay here again the next time I'm in Indianapolis.

"Best Hotel Market I’ve been to!"
