"Thank you Mike, Troy and Tia"

This is a great place. The desk staff is incredibly welcoming ... you feel like a VIP when you walk in, even in your jeans. The venue is gracious with beautiful ballrooms and break out rooms. The best, however, are people like Mike and Troy at the bar, and Tia serving guests. These people go out of their way to make you feel that you are special. This is my second time there, and hope to return again. Thank you, Westin, for hiring such standouts as Mike, Troy and Tia!

"Great hotel for business or family trip in the heart of indianapolis"

Location was good, in the heart of downtown, close to a lot of places and has skybridge to most things which are nice. Clean hotel and great atmosphere. Rooms are clean and has everything you need. Since I went for work, parking was already included, however if you are doing self parking, it gets expensive, it ranges from like $54-70 ish I think. The service was great, they were accommodating with our needs for a later check-outs due to conference times and flight times. They have great fitness room, but they have no pools. They have a parket and a bar with plenty of good food in the hotel lobby area. Overall, this hotel has a lot of what you are looking for in a hotel! As a side note, hotel food and conference rooms was good too.

Kenya and the staff were amazing! They were extremely friendly and helpful. The pizza was made fresh and tasted scrumptious! I highly recommend the food and service!
