The US$100 deposit was way to much

The person who checked us in had a good sense of humor, I really like that personality. It makes that kind of situation easier.

There was a couple that had a younger boy, he was fine but the walls were so thin we could hear him.

It was by the airport and the desk clerk was helpful with restaurant information and helping us order pizza.

The rooms were very dirty and I had to kill a cockroach that was crawling on the wall. The rooms were very hot, the air wasn't working. It seems like they couldn't get us to the airport fast enough. We were told to have a later check out it would cost us another $120. There was no sitting area so we had to go to the airport 6 hours early. I would never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone else. There was a group of 5. We had to pay $70. For early check in, and the rooms were ready. We paid over $100 for nothing. If possible I would be asking for my money refunded.

Do quarto no geral

I only stayed one night, before an early morning flight. The hotel was great. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the airport. The room and bathroom were clean, and the sheets and towels were also clean. It was also quiet. The staff were friendly, and check in was quick.

I was a bit concerned after reading other reviews. The hotel is old and rundown. However, everything was clean, and I didn’t see any insects. My only dislike was that the air conditioner is too loud. I couldn’t run it at night, as I wouldn’t have heard my alarm.

Our travel agent put us in this hotel. We only looked at the reviews the night before and alarm bells rang. When we arrived the man was rude, it stunk and looked so dirty and rough. I asked to have a look at the room, after hesitation he agreed, no lift and the whole place was disgusting. We left there and went next door. This place should not be allowed to operate and take peoples money.

It’s close by to the airport but I arrived after midnight so no free shuttle available. You have to take a taxi or walk

They ask for a USD 100 cash as security deposit

The location is ok. It is close to the train and airport if you need that. The room was certainly much cheaper than other hotels.

Staff was not friendly and hard to understand. Room didn't look clean. It looked like it hadn't been updated or painted or repaired in 20 years. I wasn't even sure the bed had been properly laundried because the sheets weren't even tucked in. It was dark and right next to the laundry room which made plenty of noise. There was also no nice lobby to sit and wait for folks or read. No coffee station, etc.
