It was clean and tidy just okay for the price point

Some amenities were missing like just a tea spoon not available in the room took about to get one

It was very clean, location was central. Breakfast was awesome, environment was serene. The staff were very polite and helpful. There was security. Good facilities.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration upon arrival at your hotel, only to be informed that my room had been sold out despite having a confirmed booking. After traveling a long distance, I had high expectations of resting and enjoying my stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, your hotel's inability to honor my reservation has fallen short of my expectations and eroded my trust. I expect a higher level of reliability and service from your establishment. I hope you will take immediate action to rectify this issue and prevent similar incidents in the future.

Wifi only works in the reception. Noisy at night (dogs barking at 3am, staff cleaning immediately outside the room door at ~5-6am(?)). I wrote multiple messages to the hotel before arriving (booking.com message + email) and did not get a reply.

The rooms are neat, serene and have a good level of aesthetics. This is my second visit and I loved it. The staff are professional and helpful. The location of this hotel is awesome and proximate to the airport and Ikeja nightlife. This is a real budget accommodation and worth it.
