Excellent Customer Service, the staff are warmth friendly. They'll go the extra mile to make sure that you have a wonderful experience. Femi, Mathew. Sunday, Victor and Tobby are amazing staff. They made me feel welcome. Emmanuel always makes sure my breakfast is ready.

To be honest, I didn't dislike anything about Erith Hotel. The manager always checked on me in order to make sure that I was properly looked after.

We had a lovely time there, except that there was no WIFI and the TVs have only a couple of local channels, no satellite or paid TV Access. The location, cleanliness and staff were exceptional.
