EVERYTHING!!! This was, by far, the nicest hotel we stayed in during our 3 week trip! My husband was ready to move in! Haha Very large beautiful room! Super comfortable bed. Very nice bathroom with hot water. The breakfast was absolutely spectacular!!

Najlepszy hotel w Quito! Korzystalismy z niego dwukrotnie! Za kazdym razem wspanialy pobyt. Dobra lokalizacja, hotel pomaga w organizacji transportu oraz wycieczek. Bardzo dobre sniadania. Codziennie sprzatane, bardzo czysto. Bezpiecznie, zawsze ochrona przy wejsciu. Bedziemy tu wracac ! Dziekujemy

Great full breakfast. Excellent clean, spacious room with good views of the city. I used the taxi associated with the hotel to get back to the airport and he was a good driver.

The room was huge and well appointed. The spa and gym were fantastic. The staff was very helpful.

No air conditioning or temperature controls so it was necessary to open the window which is noisy at night.

We stayed here for 9 nights in April. The hotel is clean, tidy and the staff we found to be very helpful. Our luggage was left in Madrid when we arrived in Quito and the reception team helped us with several requests we made when dealing with the airline and the situation. So thank you. Our room and bathroom was a decent size and was cleaned daily. Toiletries were also supplied. The only issue was the noise from Amazonas Av. at the front of the hotel. It can be noisy at night but we did sleep well enough, to be fair. There is also fresh water on each landing for guests. The Spa at the top of the hotel is an added treat. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool, showers, it’s a real plus. The adjoining Spicy restaurant served good food at decent enough prices for a hotel and the menu and service was good. The best thing we can add is that we would stay here again.
