Eden Roc Miami Beach

So far we're having a great stay at the Eden Rock. Our room is fantastic with a great view, which I was not expecting since we booked through hoteltonight. Sitting on the beach. My beaches attendent, Chris V, was also great. He got me set up, was super friendly and helpful. So far, five-star experience at Eden Rock.

Johnathan was great- He was attentive, educated and very nice. Claudia was also great and attentive. They were both very friendly. Would recommend them both. 10/10

I try to stay away from long layovers but was ok because I figured I’d get to see a little bit of Miami for the first time! I came to the hotel had an easy check in with reception and came straight to the beach to lay out. I was greeted with Paul, Brandon, Claudia, Luis, and Jonathan. They were so helpful and so kind. They got me a chair and towels right away. I took a nice nap on the beach and when I woke up Brandon took my drink order and I relaxed. They also were kind enough to let me charge my phone with them. Loved talking to them, their service was awesome and they def helped make me realize I need to come back to Miami for longer and to Eden Roc!

Jasmine Telsie was an absolute delight; she was extraordinarily helpful and kind, always willing to go above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns.

I couldn't recommend Eden Roc more. The room is beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, clean, and with good quality towels and toiletries. The bed is SO good and comfy. But the highlight of my stay was Christopher, who welcomed me at check-in very early in the morning and made sure my room was ready as soon as possible. He was so helpful with every single request, always kind and with a big smile. This is hospitality, it's not only about the place you are staying. I travel a lot, and this kind of treatment is what makes the whole difference in your trip. What a kind, polite, and nice person! Thank you, Christopher. I hope to be back soon to Eden Roc. The only downside is the pool service is really not good. The pool boys/girls are not sure of what they are doing, and they were extremely rude when letting us know we couldn't have a cabana (we thought it was first come, first served). The whole cabana thing is quite nuts, it should be reserved but not billed. It makes no sense to pay for a cabana in the hotel you are staying at.

Chris, the beach assistant at Eden Roc Miami, truly made our beach experience outstanding. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly professional. He made sure our chairs and umbrellas were perfectly set up.
