"My Big Birthday at The Eden Roc & Nobu Hotel"

Just returned from spending 3 fabulous days at the Eden Roc Hotel to celebrate a big birthday. Thanks to Gabriela Bernal, Supervisor of Guest Services, & Salvador, Director of Guest Services, our stay was made so special & far above what we could have ever anticipated. "Gabby" met us as soon as we arrived & escorted us to the 21st floor with our balcony overlooking the beach & pool areas. She even had a decorated birthday cake, with my picture attached, set out on a platter. The night of my birthday Gabby had arranged for Chemise & Salvador to invite us down for a champagne cocktail & to view a video of pictures my daughter had sent her, on a large screen. We left with our own disc drive of the video as well as a small framed picture. In all our travels I can't remember where every member of the staff, including those at the pool areas & waiters were so pleasant & accommodating. Our reservation included a sumptuous breakfast which we enjoyed daily. I strongly suggest contacting Guest Services at the Eden Roc & Nobu Hotel if you are planning to celebrate a special occasion in Miami Beach.

"Fabulous Stay at Eden Roc"

Outstanding stay at Eden Roc. Staff is 5 star especially Rico and the Guest Services team. First time back since 1975. Hotel has the charm that I remembered. We stayed in the tower. The room was fully upgraded with fabulous shower, comfortable bed and Italian in-room coffee. Buffet breakfast was delicious at Nobu and we had made to order omelets, delicious fruit and French Toast. The pools were great and nice lounge chairs on the beach. A very relaxing stay and will definitely return next time in Miami Beach.
