Eden Roc Miami Beach

A localização é excelente, a estrutura do hotel é muito boa e a vista do quarto é excepcional. Café da manhã muito bom e atendimento excelente.

Nao fizeram reposição de água consumida nos quartos e também não recolheram os lixos que não estavam dentro da lixeira.

Great location! You can tell the outside a pool area are top priority because those where the only areas that were updated

Rooms were very dated. Strange tiling on the floor, no art in the rooms. Our door lock was broken. After we hiked up to the room with all our bags, we go to open the door and the key bracelets they gave us didn’t work. We had to go all the way back downstairs to get a regular room key. Maintenance came about 20 minutes after while we were getting dressed and told us they needed to replace the lock. Carpets were also very dirty! Overall, the stay was not worth the money. Even in the best part of the property (the pool) the bar was out of all the ingredients to make HALF of the drinks on their own menu.

Well appointed, friendly staff and great pools/beach

There was a slight musty smell in our ocean view room on the 4th floor. Not overbearing tho.

It was decorated nice for holidays

My room was extremely dirty and they didn’t have anywhere to put me. The manager said I would have credit off my bill but that never happened

Very close to the beach and the staff were attentive.

Luggage service was a bit disorganized.

Piero was amazing and got us our food and drinks extremely quick. Great atmosphere on the beach.
