Eden Roc is in a great location.

Property feels tired. Rooms need attention. We had an issue with the shower seal resulting in water leaking into the corridor / bedroom area. We flagged this twice but nothing was done. The daily cleaning service was extremely basic. On the day of check out we had a late flight and asked to use the gym showers - have always done this at other hotels - however there was a $75 fee per person to use the gym / spa changing room showers. Completely outrageous.

Location was perfect ! View fantastic. Pool and restaurant staff so nice and accommodating. Waitstaff was great on the beach. Beach chairs free which was lovely but had to pay for the umbrella.

Our room looked clean but bathroom floors had dust and hair in corners. Bathroom missing door handle . Rooms are needing updating .
