Eden Roc Miami Beach

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti. La struttura è bellissima, curata e moderna. Il bar all'ingresso è fantastico ed è un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi. Il vero punto di forza, però, è il personale. Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff della colazione: tutti estremamente cordiali, sorridenti, disponibili e sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Sono stati davvero eccezionali e hanno reso ogni mattina un piacere. Anche il personale della reception, della piscina e di tutto l'hotel si è dimostrato sempre gentile e professionale. La nostra camera, pur essendo una standard, era situata a un buon piano, era molto pulita, rinnovata e ben tenuta. Personalmente non abbiamo riscontrato i problemi letti in alcune recensioni. La colazione a buffet è semplicemente fantastica: ricchissima di scelta, dal dolce al salato, con prodotti di ottima qualità. C'è davvero di tutto e ogni giorno è stato un piacere iniziare la giornata così. L'unico piccolo appunto riguarda i prezzi del servizio spiaggia, che abbiamo trovato un po' elevati. Considerando che si è già ospiti dell'hotel, sarebbe apprezzabile una tariffa più conveniente per lettini e ombrellone. Per il resto è stato un soggiorno eccellente. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza a Miami Beach. Ci tornerei senza alcun dubbio!

The pools and the beach. Your rooms are comfortable but we expect more privacy for a Balcony suite.

I got charge for a breakfast I didn’t have and the refund took forever. I don’t like that you advertise an adults only but still have kids running around for Nobu.

Room was amazing, great views, spent a lot of time on the balcony, for sunrise, sunset and during the day. Beach crew was efficient and welcoming. The location cant be beat, there are many places to "stay" but there is only one Eden Roc :)

About the breakfast there is no variety in food. Additional charge in coffee.
