I liked how friendly the staff was when we first arrived! I liked the pool and hot tub and the cleanliness in the pool area!

I didn’t like a woman at the front desk when we checked out, gave us attitude when we asked if we could do late checkout, she rolled her eyes at us and was not pleasant! I also didn’t like that the pool guy was staring at us the whole time we couldn’t eat our lunch by the pool we couldn’t even drink our coffee by the pool and there was no instructions saying that we could not eat our lunch by the pool! We cleaned up all of our mess! We didn’t leave any towels or dirty cups or water bottles. I think it was completely uncalled for that. You can’t eat your lunch by the Pool. also, I didn’t like, but they don’t tell you that there is a possibility that you could do a late checkout they don’t even give you the option when you check in. Also, they need to do a better job and clean the hallways the hallways reeked of chlorine and water damage. They were musty. It needed some good Cleaning. Also, our toilet ran almost the entire night. It was making loud noises and then in the morning our toilet overflowed, but they came to fix it right away, so that was good.

Needs updates/ thorough cleaning. Staff manning pool “lifeguards” were busy talking to other staff/ playing on phones. Breakfast is subpar to be honest.

My sensitive skin couldn't handle the amount of chlorine treatment in the pool, not much can be done about that lol
