Staff and Manager willingness to provide assistance when needed; and their friendliness. The place was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect; close to anything you need or want to do. The food was very good; we enjoyed breakfast, and the staff were very pleasant. We had supper in the lounge; the food and drinks were very good, and the service was so pleasant. Even parking was good. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

Literally, we have no complaints.

Although I know/realize that it is not the Hotel's responsibility the stupidity/ lack of common sense of some people. Security or someone there could be vigilant and enforce that people respect the stay of others. It is absurd that when people leave the Hotel at 6 am, they have loud music cranking all the time they are cleaning the snow out of their cars for 15', right 3 feet away from other guest room....
