Quality Hotel & Suites At The Falls

That was the only hotel within walking distance from Niagra Falls that was available last minute and charged a decent price at the end of July. I did read all the bad reviews and still was hoping for the best. No such luck. The carpet was filthy. The window was smeared in smth white from the outside. Broken toilet paper holder. Toilet paper so thin, even at gas stations are better quality. Stained bathtub, peeling door. Nobody ever thought of cleaning on top of A/C or the windowsill. Breakfast is a joke, couple of fruits, bagels and about 40 people line to 2 waffle machine - insane. On the good note, they have free water in the lobby. And their breakfast room is in the same area as papa John's, so you dont even have to leave hotel to get pizza. Also although they take you to the employee room to store your luggage, they dont really supervise who takes what. Not a good practice. Good thing it was only one night

la ubicación excelente para ingresar y salir del parque, cerca de las pocas tiendas cerca. Ayudaron resguardar la maleta una vez cumplido el periodo de salida del hotel, facilitando el resto del día y recoger la maleta posteriormente,

The whole place was a mess from the time we arrived - city carnival surrounding our hotel, called the front desk to see how to get to the parking - no help. We paid $500 to stay at this place and it was definitely not worth the money! Door to hotel room had to be pushed hard to even close - I wasn’t strong enough to do it. Door to bathroom was a sliding door that was off track so it wouldn’t shut without manhandling it. Dirty room, the smells in the whole hotel was super strong, it took your breath. The bathroom light was near the main door so not very convenient. The toilet roll holder was broke so every time used, the paper rolled off onto the floor. The free breakfast - I have no clue what it was because it was in a small room with a line that went on forever and this was at 6:30 am. The window to our room had some sort of film on it where we couldn’t even look outside. The staff was not helpful, we were told to take our parking ticket from the garage to the front desk - they said we should have stopped before we parked! Turned in keys the next morning - they didn’t say thank you for staying, how was your visit…nothing!
