"I’d steer clear of this property. Very nasty and needs major updating. Location was close to falls but other than that i"

Only thing good was property was close to the falls. Staff was very friendly

The property was dirty, air conditioning didn’t work. The hot tub smelled like urine and it wasn’t ever cleaned. Very dingy, no room service the 3 nights we were there!

Rooms

They charged more from what was the original booking amount. Didnt gave any incoice and neither any proper justification. Asked to check with Booking.com and booking.com is asking for invocie which was supposed to be provided by Quality hotel. So there is lack of coordination and worthiness by booking via booking.com.

How close to everything it was.

There was a dirty feminine product stuffed into the clean towels. There were hairs in the shower. There were not enough parking spots for guests. Staff did not seem to be able to give viable solutions to the parking issue.

Everyone was so helpful and humble and give me the right information about parking and even late me check in early with no issues Everyone was welcoming 😊 and the fall was 5 mint waking everything was so close I didn't even take out my car from parking God blass all the stuff

In the hotel three food store they were closed i was they were open with halal food or something different 🤔
