What a wonderful place to stay for our anniversary! The plantation house is a fabulous gem in a great location, but the host couple is what truly makes it special. My wife and I sincerely felt like a part of their family while we were there. The banana bread, homemade cookies, expressos, and a different breakfast menu every morning were the icing on the cake.

Luanna and Norris have created the most beautiful boutique inn! They are the sweetest hosts! Luanna is always seeking to make you comfortable. Their food is delicious! Breakfasts amazing. The decor and property are simply incredible. Beds are so comfortable. So very clean. They have thought of everything and they strive to exceed your expectations!

The Plantation House Boutique Inn was a phenomenal experience. I can't even put to words how beautiful the property is and beautiful the owners are. The Honeyroom Suite we stayed in was exquisitely gorgeous. The bed was beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body lotion. It even had q-tips available. The bath towels were soft and felt nice on the skin. Loui and Norris are the Innkeepers and they are so welcoming and loving. They treat you like family. The house is breathtaking. The moment the gates open to enter the properth to stepping out of your car to enter the doors to the inn. The landscaping is gorgeous. You enter the doors of the house and you are just overwhelmed with beauty. Loui decorates so perfectly. It looks like everything is from a cover of a magazine. She has a coffee bar, she makes you homemade breakfast. She bakes delicious treats that are to die for..so don't be on a diet. Just forget about calories and taste the love!!!! I can go on and on about how incredible The Plantation House is. They exceeded my expectations of how my stay was going to be like. I am dreaming of the day when I go back again...I can't wait to go back!!!! Love this place and love the Innkeepers ❤

Our visit to Austin was most memorable because of The Plantation House Boutique Inn. I've never been so pampered and welcomed at an Inn like this. Luey made breakfasts feel like Christmas morning, and the homemade chocolate chip pecan cookies and banana bread that were available all day in the kitchen were bakery worthy! From the refreshing pool to the immaculate lodging and comfortable beds...everything was decorated with charm and elegance. We definitely plan to return!

The property was gorgeous and well-kept inside and out. There are many areas that guests can relax with a cup of coffee and a book, take a swim at the on-site pool, or walk around the well-maintained property. It was wonderful!

We had an awesome experience. Norris and Luanna are the best hosts of the world, they make their guests feel as long time friends Luanna makes delicious breakfast, cookies and cake. The property is awesome, well kept, cozy, super suoer clean. Beds are so comfortable. We are definitely going back. Don't hesitate to book!!

Best B&B experience I have ever had. Beautiful house and grounds, meticulously maintained. Luey and Norriss give a master class in hosting. If that doesn't convince you, Luey also cooks hot breakfast every morning, and makes delicious cookies and banana bread.
