The Plantation House Boutique Inn

From the moment we stepped into the property, the owners were so welcoming. Their hospitality was off the charts amazing. The breakfast every morning was exceptional. Overall, a wonderful way to spend my anniversary with my husband.

Wait… do I see this right? This little B&B has 5 stars?? have so many positive things to say about this stay that I’m not sure where to start. We can start with it’s an immaculate gorgeous property that makes you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, yet you are minutes from a Costco and many great places to eat. The hostess Luey and her husband Norris are about the most kind people you could hope to meet. She bakes cookies and banana bread and it’s always available in the kitchen with other refreshments and snacks. She cooks amazing breakfasts. Something different every day. The rooms have a wonderful feel. Decorated in a very entertaining way. Our room was full of goodies and fruit. There were board games as well. The beds were very comfortable. We had the loft room. It was very spacious and had the comforts of home. She gave us some bubbly to celebrate my wife and I’s anniversary. Honestly we didn’t want to leave. We felt like family after we left. I have been in the travel industry for a long time. I have stayed many places. I have never felt the way this place made me feel while traveling and staying in a hotel accommodation. This is a hidden gem and lives up to its reputation. I would come back to Austin just to stay here again. They deserve every star!!

We’ve stayed in many B&Bs and The Plantation House is certainly at the top of our list! Everything was perfect, starting with the hosts Luanna and Norris. They are the most gracious hosts imaginable and made our stay a delight. Each day Luanna made a different breakfast and each one was fantastic without being too heavy - we had room to enjoy all the great food around Austin. The house itself was wonderful - grand but cozy and charming at the same time with a beautiful porch and yard to relax in. Our only regret was we didn’t have more time to stay and relax! To put an exclamation point on it there was an endless supply of homemade cookies, banana bread and Nespresso’s in the common area. Luanna, Norris and their house certainly live up to the enthusiastic reviews and we can’t wait to go back for another stay. Loved it!!! Terri and Andy

Incredible house with a beautiful property that guests can enjoy. Peaceful and relaxing. Luxurious rooms with buttery soft sheets. The hosts were welcoming and kind. Breakfast each morning was wonderful. The hosts have clearly invested a tremendous amount of time and energy making to ensure all guests feel pampered and comfortable. The tiny details make it feel like a 5-star hotel. There are several secluded sitting areas, with daybed swings and rocking chairs, that make you feel as if you were transported into another era.. one without the huddle and bustle of today.

We loved our stay at this property and wished we could stayed longer. There was nothing they could have done to improve our experience. Everything was perfect. We stayed in the Owner’s Suite. It was roomy, beautifully decorated and pristine. We, also, loved our private balcony overlooking the gardens and Gazebo. Hopefully, we can work in another visit, soon!

We absolutely loved this charming little place! I cannot begin to describe how perfect our weekend was at the plantation house. The house is immaculate and decorated to perfection. Luey has thought of everything when it comes to accommodations. While we enjoyed our room and beautiful balcony, our favorite part was enjoying breakfast with Luey and Norris. Such great human beings who are the most genuine kindhearted and caring individuals. I felt like I was visiting family and I can’t wait to come back!

Nice place to stay

My wife and I stayed at plantation house for 2 nights. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The property is gorgeous and a secluded but not far off the beaten path. I really liked that thr property is gated, passerbys can't just come waltzing in. The hosts, Loue, was so amazing and did everything to make our stay more enjoyable. I look forward to visiting plantation house again in the future
