Het hotel bevindt zich tegenover de Porta Nigra. Sublieme locatie! Personeel bij receptie en bij de ontbijtzaal is super behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

"Great location, older hotel w/rough edges."

Great location, using Booking.com allows zero flexibility. We were a couple, but only one breakfast? Needed to pay an exorbitant fee for the 2nd breakfast. Room was a great size, beds, mattresses were old. A/C didn’t work. Rm 210.

Flexibility! Two people = 2 breakfasts. Hotel staff was not interested in accommodating any changes since we booked through Booking.com

Prima locatie

Idioot dat ik m’n dure racefiets niet beveiligd kon stallen. Mocht deze niet meenemen naar m’n kamer. Advies was om een dure racefiets in de algemene fietsenstalling te plaatsen. Echt bizar…!

Die Lage war super, die junge Dame an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend und richtig lieb. Frühstück reichhaltig mit einem super Blick auf die Porta Nigra. Das einzigste was wir wirklich zu bemängeln hatten, waren die Kissen, wer bitte schläft auf solch abartig dicken Kissen? Eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer wäre auch nett. Aber ansonsten alles super und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder (mit eigenen Kissen)

Atendimento é perfeito a recepção todos são muito gentis A localização é fantástica Em frente ao Porta Nigra

Tive que mudar pra menos dias O último quarto tinha uma vista maravilhosa, mas a banheira estava descascada e enferrujada A manutenção estava pedindo ajuda O café da manhã embora tivesse bastante opção tinha pouquíssimo opções veganas, não tinha nada sem glúten Embora fosse um monte do café, achei fraco pelo preço
