Das Frühstück im Innenhof war wunderbar! Das angegliederte Badehaus ist zauberhaft.

Unser Zimmer war etwas abgelegen, nicht mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Sonst ein tolles Haus , zentral gelegen.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter; schönes Frühstück

Renovierungsbedürftig, Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, lose Fliesen im Bad etc. Mitarbeiter werden unnötig in stressige und schlecht gemanagte Situationen gebracht zB: Haben unsere Rechnungsadresse bei Buchung und nochmal bei Check-in angegeben. Trotzdem war sie beim Check-Out nicht korrekt, außerdem waren die Warteschlangen ziemlich lang und wir waren kein Einzelfall.

Das historische Haus und Ambiente ist großartig, Erklärungen findet man dazu auch. Das Zimmer auch sehr nett, die Betten sehr komfortabel. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmes Haus.

Parkplatz ist schwierig. Frühstück nur in teuer möglich. Ob der Lage ist schlafen am besten mit Oropax anzugehen, dann ist es aber auch gut möglich. Mails auf englisch kann ich lesen, finde es aber irgendwie auch überflüssig. Auch der Vorschlag eines Upgrades, der dann nicht zur Verfügung steht, ins unglücklich.

I was wary of booking at a “chain” hotel. But other than having the Radisson name this was definitely not a “chain hotel” experience. The appearance was awesome - a very “old school” beautiful classic look and a building from the 1400’s or something - you can’t get much more old school than that - but with all the modern conveniences. Elevators & A/C worked great. Amazing shower with strong pressure & hot water. Room cleaned & in-room coffee & water re-stocked daily. Room was a bit small but worked for a two night stay for two people. Great location and breakfast (lots of ample choices & never had to wait), endless coffee & juice, and we lucked out in snagging one of the parking spots right out front. Parking was not cheap but definitely convenient so I’m grateful for it. Location made it easy to walk around Wiesbaden for activities. Overall friendly staff. Wiesbaden was a fun place to kick off our 3 week Germany experience! Glad we booked here!

Didn’t really dislike anything, though again I wish parking was a little cheaper. Had a balcony room - balcony was small & not much of a view. But these aren’t reasons not to stay at this great hotel. Would highly recommend it!
