"Nice stay!"

This is a cute hotel with a great pool and excellent view. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were older but well kept. We had a very nice stay.

"Will recommend, and return."

10.0

Very clean. The only reason I gave the neighborhood a low score is there's only one place to eat in walking distance. It's great food but they have limited hours. Renting a car or continuously paying for taxis is a must.

"Excellent"

All staff, specially Mandie of Front Desk, are very helpful and accommodating. Mandie made us very special when we checked in early after a overnight flight from LA. Will visit again with the whole family.

"Not very happy"

6.0

I would not stay here again. If you speak French you may be OK. Trying to find someone who spoke marginal English was almost impossible. I have done better in Paris. The food was the best part of the hotel and was excellent....no surprise here. Not a single 110V Outlet in the room, very poor WiFi and no 110 adapters at the "front desk". I am a frequent traveler in the Caribbean and this hotel is not up to par with any other hotel I have stayed in for many years.

"Just OK, not close to the airport or food."

6.0

We had to stay overnight after our trip to one of the "family or out islands" of the Bahamas. Our connecting flight was the next morning. Not a bad hotel, just ok. The staff was nice, but zero amenities close by - the closest restaurant is at least a mile away and is just OK. Add in a very expensive taxi ride to the hotel (they have no transportation) and this overnight adds up quickly. Keep in mind you are NOT close to the airport, you are on Paridise Island at least 20-30+ minutes away in traffic.

"Nice, clean, no frills."

6.0

The desk staff and night security staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, the desk staff leaves at 5, so if you have any problems with the room, nothing can be done until morning. Our AC did not work, so we did not have a comfortable night. The room was very nice and clean, with a large balcony overlooking the marina, not the ocean. There was a great bar associated with the marina, but is currently not open. There are no vending machines, no on-site food, but the room has a refridge, toaster, plates, utensils, etc. for you to bring your own. The staff was great, and tried to assist in any way possible.

"A great place to stay!"

10.0

The hotel was great, but the customer service was fantastic. We didn't have a car, so they drove my family of nine to a restaurant, and came back for us...and we didn't even ask! The pool area was also beyond what we expected...

"Pretty Good"

8.0

We've stayed on Paradise several times and we like having a car to travel the island. If you know how to handle the Bahamas, this is a really good place to stay. Pretty quiet, nice pool, the rooms are what they advertise and that is actually quite nice, though it is a matter of luck if you are blocked by the tavern for your view - we weren't. Easy walk to Cabbage Beach, go one block west and head south, like three or four blocks total and through the side of the Paradise Club. Several yachts dock at the resort and the owners use the pool, but still was really quiet and relaxing. Super comfortable beach chairs! How could it be better? Kitchen could be much better stocked, staff could be a bit more engaging - the security staff was nicer than the hotel staff, though the cleaning staff was friendly. For whatever reason, they seemed to be a little stingy with towels? Also, I was aware of it but when you book pay attention - for 6 nights there was a $180 charge for energy and maid service. The Bahamas seems to be getting more and more busy. This is a good place to chill and with a car, a pretty decent and comfortable place to stay. Beds and even the couch bed were comfortable. OK balconies, excellent if you have a view. Don't plan on cooking anything exotic with the kitchen gadgets and pots provided, but building a nice rum and coke at happy hour and having a nice breakfast is workable. They also have some beater bikes you can just take for the day - easy way to get to Cabbage as well. One last thing - we went to every beach on New Providence on this trip. Cabbage - awesome as usual, Cable - meh, Junkanoo - fun if you want to party, Love Beach - surprising, but we really liked it there, relaxing, Jaws - sort of all coral, not much of a beach, Coral Harbor might have been nice but the surrounding area was NOT NICE, Adelaide was not much of a beach and the only access was through a rickety old resort where you are obliged to buy a few Kaliks - OK by me, but wasn't the ideal place for my wife and daughter.
