Ensana Grand Margaret Island

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Room was very comfortable and the walk in shower we requested made life easier for my disabled wife. The walk way tunnel to the thermal pools was also very helpful and easy to access. Altogether a beneficial autumn break which we hope to repeat again before winter sets in .

A clean comfortable hotel set in a lovely park. All of the treatments are and spa facilities are in the sister hotel next door. Only breakfast served at the hotel, you go next door for other meals, although there are places in walking distance, it appears that the Grand is being used as an overspill to the Thermal and has a unusual loneliness, but does not take away the lovely hotel.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful, they also booked us a transfer to airport and made sure we had breakfast boxes to take as flight was early, the hotel is in a great location and very quiet, the spa and pool were amazing also.

Terrible service ,everything was closed ,the restaurant closed ,bar closed, coffee shop closed , no satellite tv to watch sports , staff not helpful, would definitely not return under present management

In this year, (2022) was my 4 visit to the Thermal Hotel. So I must like it. And I will go next year too.

Amazing rooms. Very spacious and comfortable. Lovely hotel in a beautiful area and it’s very close to everywhere you’d want to go in Budapest. The pools and other facilities are fantastic, too. We had a great family holiday staying here and will be booking it again next year.

The hotel is located on the Margaret island, where it is surrounded by beautiful parks, fountains, a huge spa area. It is a comfortable place to live where it is peaceful at night and generally a safe place.

We stayed for 2 nights and couldn't use the pool/sauna because there was a fire and the wellnes bulding was closed for an entire day. I guess nobody got hurt but the pool was closed exactly the day we could've been enyoing it. It's a nice place, clean and elegant; maybe just a little outdated but still nice. The brakefast was good but a little bit limited. The sorroundings are just marvelous, the island is just wonderful.

We had a lovely stay. I recommend the Ensana Margaret Island.

This is an interesting property. Quiet and more laid back than its sister hotel next door. Rooms a bit dated in style but that is the ambiance that has been created. Excellent spa and breakfast. Overall lovely stay.
