The Newbury Boston

I am a frequent guest at The Newbury and have always had a positive experience. The service is top notch especially Andrew Benefit. He is a front desk agent and he continues to go above and beyond. He is the main reason that we keep coming back.

Excellent cocktails by KC, and Tyler, recommend if you want a classy speakeasy feel right by Boston commons. Had the champagne cocktail 10/10

Excellent service. Muhammad took care of us upon our arrival and departure. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly: One of the best workout facilities I’ve had at a hotel Excellent location. A few blocks from best latte I’ve had at Thinking Cup and across from Boston commons

Had a fundraiser auction gala for my child’s school at The Newbury which was very tastefully done with the food, service and decor. It also happened to be my birthday so we capped it off with a few drinks at the Street bar before ending the night. Our bartender Tyler made some great cocktails and even had a small piece of cake delivered to us shortly after getting up to our room. That was a nice little touch to make a good evening great. I’ll probably be back for some bevvys and more fun on Sunday for the conclusion of the Masters

Andrew Benefit checked us in. He went above and beyond to help us as we messed up our reservation. He was kind, patient, efficient and so professional- the best! The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable and we had a wonderful stay.

We recently spent several nights at The Newbury Boston and were impressed from the moment we arrived. Isa at the front desk welcomed us warmly and generously upgraded us to a suite, which set the tone for a fantastic visit. The suite itself was spacious, beautifully appointed, and extremely comfortable, providing a calm, quiet retreat right in the heart of Boston. What really stood out was the consistently excellent service from every staff member we encountered. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on making our stay special. Small touches and proactive help throughout our visit made the hotel feel both luxurious and very welcoming. The location, directly by Boston Commons and steps from Newbury Street, made it easy to enjoy the best of the city on foot. It was the perfect base for exploring, and then returning to relax in a quiet, elegant room at the end of the day. Overall, our experience at The Newbury was fantastic, and the combination of the suite upgrade, attentive staff, and prime location made this one of our favorite hotel stays anywhere. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Boston and highly recommend it to other travelers.
