Average in quality. Staff is nice. Location good for Mayo.

When I first arrived I wasn’t allowed a room due to me not knowing I was supposed to check in at a specific time I thought the days I booked it for were the days I have I arrived at 6am and wasn’t supposed to check in until 4pm after some talking an employee agreed to check me in early but it would be a $20 fee completely understandable but there was a problem with the “on line credit card” that booking.com was supposed to send to the resort after about 10min of talking I was told to call booking.com support and ask them about it support asked me to pass the phone to the person at the front desk after about 30min of them talking the front desk worker started to ignore the support member after 5 more minutes he handed me my phone so the support worker started telling my questions to ask the front desk worker after about 5 more minutes the front desk worker said in his own words “let him know I am about to cuss him out” which I thought was supper unprofessional and childish especially it being my first time ever booking a stay anywhere then after telling support he tried to get me a new stay at another resort but unfortunately since I was there at 6am and not 4pm I was not able to revive that offer so after about another 20minutes I went back inside and asked if anything has happened with my booking and my online credit card and he just looked tired of me so he charged me the $20 and let me check in early I didn’t get into my room at about 8:20ish i understand his frustration I just think it could of been handled in a more professional and non childish way I also felt that the worker didn’t like me being there and it bothered me since it was a problem that I had nothing to do with other than not showing up at the right time so I just felt uncomfortable around the front desk

Close to Mayo, however there was no Shower Curtain, no ironing board (but had an iron) floor was dusty, room smelled like there was previously a smoker in in. No breakfast without paying. But no place really to go to get a good breakfast other than the hospital or the hotel. The bottles of lotion that aren't replaced...had left over lotion dried on the outside. The bottles should be cleaned and replaced.

It was close to the mayo clinic where i had appts.

Convenient to Mayo Clinic. Cleaning was not great. Employees were nice and helpful. Pillows were very hard. Overall acceptable and for price and convenience we will likely stay again.

Location next to Mayo is wonderful. There was zero housekeeping the entire time i was there 3 nights. Stairwells have zero ventilation and are very hot and musty. Road into facility is in need of resurfacing in a few places. Numerous inoperable security lights on road around facility. TV channel selection sadly limited.
