"Convenient and comfortable"

Close to where I needed to go. Cute retro style to the room. We like that it’s pet friendly and not carpeted.

Although the did do some renovations, some things were still outdated. The air unit(s) were outdated and a little noisy when turned on.

i have stayed here before. as in the past the hallways and elevator are a bit grubby. could use more cleaning. desk and restaurant staff are always very hospitable which makes it a comfortable place to stay. shuttle service to the mayo clinic is very prompt.

This was our 3rd stay here within the last 2 months. What I didn't like about this stay was we were in room 103. The air conditioner fan or blade was so loud all night long and sounded like it was going to come through the wall. the room would get very cold then hot. The bed frame was very loud. Every time my husband moved you could heard the bed. So between that and the air we did not sleep well. I'm not one to complain but some one needs to know. We love your Hotel thank you for being so kind always. Pam
