"Excellent"

The room was convenient for our trip cross country. The neighborhood felt safe. Economically priced for a 1 night stay. Located next to the Waffle House for coffee and a quick breakfast to get on our way

"Atleast their were no bugs."

The room was not all that clean, but there were no bugs. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were the thinest I have ever seen, with only 2 pillows on each bed. The wifi is not from a trusted source and so I decided to not force my device to trust it.

My flight was delayed and I was not able to make this reservation. The hotel charged me anyway, even though it was totally out of my control. Expedia even tried to reason with this hotel and they refused to listen. I am so disappointed. I travel often for work and I will NEVER book another stay at any Econo Lodge again. So disappointing. DONT WASTE TOUR MONEY STAYING WITH THIS HOTEL CHAIN, absolutely unreasonable individuals.

The phone didn't work. The TV wasn't working properly. Hole on the wall in the bathroom. No water pressure in the sink. Bugs everywhere. Microwave didn't work

"DON"T DO IT - ROACH MOTEL - LITERALLY"

ROACHES!!! Lobby is completely shut off. They DO NOT serve breakfast,which is one of the reasons we picked that place and there were literally ROACHES in the room. I get it was on a budget but it was disgusting.

When I booked the room one of the amenities was “free breakfast included”. But there is nothing served.. to be precise they have closed main lobby for all.. we have to talk to receptionist like we talk to bank cashier behind glass doors.. one of the worst hotels !!

"Pain in the rear"

It was a problem checking in. The guy seemed to be on his cell phone and I had to wait a long time. Then I had a hard time understanding him because he didn’t speak English well. I had paid for the room in advance but had to leave a deposit. That should have been in the prepay. When I asked for two room keys he said I would have to provide him with my wife’s ID. That was absurd.
