When checking in the front desk worker was extremely unpleasant and just rude when we got to the room there was blood on the sheets roaches everywhere we couldn’t even tell the front desk because the guy was so unpleasant and wouldn’t give a refund he was looking for any reason to keep our money and deposit so we stayed the next morning he was even worse to my aunt in law and tried keeping her deposit for having “5 kids” when only 3 stayed in the room with her as listed on her reservation the 2 extra kids got dropped off that morning before we checked out because they’re were our young family members but didn’t stay there at all but I’m still extremely upset about the roaches crawling everywhere

Staff was very rude and unhelpful

They dont except a government issued 30day temporary id says its not valid. And takes 7 days to get a refund in a place i never stayes they turned me away

It is roach infested. We were moved twice, then put in the other building.

Roaches in the room, mold spores in the bathroom, and night attendant laughed about the situation. Didn't offer any remedy, Didn't apologize, just said we can't give your money back since its after 3pm and you booked through a 3rd party. My stay was supposed to be 3 nights, i stayed 1 night (i had been driving all day/night and didn't notice these things right away) left in the morning and when i came back late in the evening, roaches were all over the beds, and the tables, much more noticeable. I reported it and ended up having to book another motel nearby to get a clean room. I have kids and this whole experience was awful and unsafe. Never staying at Econo Lodge again.

All of the beds are full of bed bugs. Roaches crawl in and out through large openings in the front door. Dead bugs everywhere. Flies all over the place. My daughter and I are covered in giant red bites. Had to throw away all my luggage. I told the staff, and all they did was change the sheets, which does nothing to solve the bed bug problem. They offered a room change, but I told them that all the other reviews mentioned bed bugs as well. The pool is green slime and unusable, even in the dead of summer. The wifi is garbage, and there's no cell coverage in the area, at least for Verizon. I should have been more careful before booking, but I was shopping based on price. Remember that you get what you pay for.

The night manager ran my family away

The lady at the front desk was very very rude . Seems as she did not want any question and did not like to ask questions. ALOT OF FLIES IN THE ROOM. I COULD NOT HAVE ANY REST AND I COULD DRIVE Because of that.

For the most part it is quiet and staff is very friendly

They say they have breakfast but there was none. The pool wasn’t clean or open. The room was clean. The coffee maker had no pot. The toilet had issues to flush. Cheap room for a cheap stay. Nice bed though.
