It was horrible! Didn’t get deposit back half the crap didn’t even work, customer service was the worst!!!

Only use this hotel if you don’t have no other option. Only if you have no other options. Only option available.

First off the guy who checked me in was rude. I finally get in my room it smelled horrible and air freshener couldn’t cover the smell I got ready for my shower and the water wouldn’t get hot at all also one of the beds was dirty with crumbs in it

So when we first pulled up to this hotel we were told the nightly price would be $91. Then I told the agent that online the rooms were only $51. So this is a privately owned motel so I think they were just price gouging. I did a reservation online right there in front of him and we finally were assigned a room. The room was extremely dark only had three lights and the biggest light in the room was not working. I called down to the front desk the guy says they didn't have any other hotels because everything was reserved and that he would send maintenance over in the morning. Tried to turn on the TV the TV did not work try to get in the shower the shower nozzle kept falling off the shower and into my hands so basically the shower doesn't work either! I tried to call no answer. So we walked down to the front desk and told all of this to the front desk clerk. He now wants to put us on the second floor when he said there were no rooms available before. I am handicapped and so he already knew that I didn't want to climb any stairs there's no elevators. I started talking with another lady as she heard the situation. Now the front desk clerk tells me guess what you can move right next door to the room that you're in now. So miraculously they had rooms on the second floor and one right next to me. I don't have a problem with races at all but I do have a problem with people from the mid East trying not to fix their hotels and not to provide customer service to people.

The only thing I didn’t like was them not having a dresser for clothing.

Well it mentions breakfast on the webpage and there was no breakfast at all the whole stay. Couldn't even get to the vending machines or ice machines because they kept it all locked all day. The headbord that looked like i should of been screwed into the wall literally fell on my 3 year old while she was laying down. My boyfriend had found 3 little bags of drugs on top of the light fixture. Our door didn't close all the way to where it latched shut. Just all around was not worth the money I paid to stay for 3 nights. Also the lobby was never opened at all had to wait in 20 degree weather for someone to come to the night window.

The staff at this Econo Lodge is always so friendly and concerned about my comfort!!! I stay here 3 or 4 days a week on average and would NOT consider staying anywhere else!!!
