My four day stay was really good!!! The staff from the top management to the ladies that keep your room clean go out of their way to make sure i have everything i need and ALWAYS with a smile!!!!! 2-Thumbs Up!!!

Very rude and snooty people that work at the front desk. I lost my i.d cards a day before i checked in and they wouldnt accept my temporary card or my state issued federally recognized tribal identification card. Thanks for ruining my trip!!

I had roaches and the receptionist at the front desk was trying to give my room key to anyone who asked..also house keeping did not come to my room once…every time I tried to report something I could never get anyone to talk too..then my phone didn’t work it look like the room hadn’t been swept or anything it was disgusting

We asked for a handicap room like last time but it had no shower head sprayer like last time so we had to use a cup to wash out our hair

You certainly get what you pay for. Sheets were clean, but that was about the extent. We just needed a place to sleep, and it was quiet. A/C worked well. For price, it was adequate.

The air conditioner made a noise that was loud it woke me up every time it came on. The TV didn't work, called twice was told maintenance would be right there they never showed up. There was hair in the shower. The shower faucet was so loose it almost came out of the wall.

There was no breakfast even though when i booked it said they do breakfast. Pool was closed. No desk or dresser. Corners of the room were dirty. Front desk lady was nice

Need to have in the fine print the $25 incidental fee, which can be cash or charge at check-in. If cash you get it back at checkout between 8-11a.m. if charge is 10 days back on your card. I don't mind incidental fees, but even if $25 it should be explained somewhere when booking, as not all hotels require that. But not too upset as it's only $25, it could have been $100!!!! But I also believe their incidental free is more of a scam as ppl tend to checkout prior to 8a.m and would do cash so they would lose that money which the hotel or staff benefit from, there is also an ATM lol! Just saying.... Also, there are long term ppl that stay here, it looks shady, but I had no issues ppl were nice. My motorcycle was safe and I could see it the whole time.
