"Really good place to stay in this area of metro Birmingham."

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room rate was much better than other motels in the area. The Red Roof at this location is a distinct upgrade from what I remember some years back and are still working on improving things like land scaping. If they can keep the price down they should get a lot of business from travelers that otherwise might pick higher priced chains.
