Nothing! It was the worst experience I have had along with my family!

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely dreadful: the sink was broken, we had no hot water or water pressure, and the bed linens were stained. When we asked for extra pillows, we were told they "couldn't" provide any, despite the fact that the advertisement promised double Queen beds, but we were given full-sized beds instead. We requested a bottom-floor room for my mother, who has mobility issues, yet they attempted to move us to the third floor and ended up giving us a second-story room. The TV and microwave in one room were rigged to "work," the phone didn’t function at all, and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable with paper-thin pillows that they refused to replace. We felt unsafe during our stay, and to top it off, they tried to charge us significantly more than our booking.com reservation, refusing to adjust the payment despite the misleading advertisement of "double queen" beds. I am extremely dissatisfied and will be contacting someone higher up the chain to demand at least a partial refund, if not a full one—our family is very unhappy!
