Al Palazzetto

Amplasamentul locației, bunul gust al amenajărilor din interior, micul dejun bun, amabilitatea personalului. Este aproape de Villa d'Este și Villa Gregoriana, în centrul vechi al orașului. Recomandările lui Cătălin au fost apreciate. Tot lui i se datorează atmosfera familială pe care reușește să o creeze. Produsele de patiserie handmade erau nemaipomenite. Mezeluri de calitate, fructele, cafeaua foarte bune. Patul confortabil.

Nu pot reproșa mai nimic. Cei care vin aici, trebuie să știe că nu este lift, se urcă pe scări până la etajul 3 unde se servește micul dejun. Mie nu mi s-a părut greu, dar poate sunt persoane cu mobilitate redusă.

Die Lage mitten im Zentrum war großartig, Lokale aller Art in Minuten zu erreichen. Das Frühstück im Dachgeschoß sehr gut und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Quarto amplo

Importante para quem tem mobilidade reduzida, são quatro lances de escada transportando as malas, que estão sendo trazidas por vc desde o estacionamento. Impossível parar o carro na frente do hotel. O café tem que marcar hora não cabe todo mundo ao mesmo tempo.

The host was great and very accommodating. The breakfast was very nice and served in a lovely top floor room with a view. It was a wonderful location and close to the Villa d' Este and gardens.

This was a nice bed and breakfast, in a wonderful location. The breakfast was fantastic. We had no trouble using the car park nearby. We stayed two nights in a superior double room. The description on our booking stated the room had a fireplace, and photos in the booking showed a nice room with a fireplace and nice private bathroom. But....there were also a couple photos of the room we ended up with, which had no fireplace, and the bathroom had no privacy. The shower and toilet area is right in the bedroom with glass doors and walls that do not go all the way up to the ceiling. Very awkward to use the bathroom if you are sharing the room. We brought this to the attention of the staff after our first night, and they said that we were in the same category of room, and there was nothing to be done. Also, the room looked like it needed some painting and maintenance.
