The WiFi was very patchy which was slightly problematic but just a very minor issue during a brief but very pleasant stay

We searched for parking for one hour and a half. All full. My wife tried to contact the property via the intercom, but no reply. When we were told by the police to move, we gave up and went down the hill and stayed in the best Western Hotel with free parking. The notification, to park in the multi storey park house nearby (which was full), we only received, after we booked the property. When we arrived at the property, going through the parking debacle it was too late to cancel, so we are faced to pay in full for no show. We travel from Hong Kong to Europe frequently and always do trips, starting in Switzerland. This time we travelled to Campione, San Marino, San Giovanni Rotondo, (Tivoli) and Florence, where we reserved via internet a car park, as we were staying at the Hotel Domo, all no problem with parking for the car. Would suggest, to mention on the booking site, that when staying in Tivoli, it is unsuitable to arrive with a car.
