This stay is everything we were expecting. The property is perfectly located, perfect for discovering and visiting Tivoli. The staff is very friendly, precise, and available to answer all our questions. The pictures and the information reflect exactly the property. Breakfast was also exceptional. Very glad we stayed at Al Palazzetto!

Catalani is a wonderful host, very helpful. Very clean, beautiful room. The breakfast was excellent, and the view from the breakfast room is amazing.

Not the property’s fault, but the town of Tivoli is difficult to navigate with poor signage. Be aware that the Villa D’Este is in old town in the ZTL. None of our three GPS programs showed where it was.

It is very central, in the middle of the old town. Breakfast was nice, on the top floor with a fantastic view. The staff was very friendly.

The advertising stated that there was parking near the B&B. In fact the nearest parking possibility was 350m away, on cobblestone roads. This is fine if you are fit and don't have too much luggage, but could be an issue for some people. We had a room on the third floor without a lift. The staff helped with the bags. But this should also be considered.
