"Honeymoon in Lisbon"

We had a great stay! Great location - shopping and restaurants in the area, but in a less crowded neighborhood. Walking distance or a quick cab ride from the more touristy areas. The staff was amazing! Friendly, prompt, helpful. Anything we needed was provided right away. Everyone greeted us as if they knew us, definitely felt well cared for. The room was comfortable and clean, large enough to not feel cramped on a week’s stay. Parking is available and easy to access. No spa on the property. Would recommend.

I will be back. This is a great hotel. High standards and exceptional staff made my staff wonderful. The room was clean and high quality. Easy access to the Avenue Liberdade on foot. The club lounge is excellent with very good staff who could not have been more helpful. I love this hotel.

احترام الضيف الاستقبال متعاونين تسهيل الاجراءات لتمديد الحجز سرعة الاستجابة للطلبات الأمان العالي النظافة و بوفيه الافطار تنوع وخدمة ممتازة خاصة المضيف عند استقبال البوفيه عاملات النظافة بشوشات ،سريعات الاستجابة. حول الموقع مطاعم ومقاه تبعد ١٠-١٥ دقيقة وبعض المحلات لكنه بعيد نوعا ما عن شارع التسوق والمركز. الموقع راق وهاديء.

الكونسيرج متعاونين ويجيبون الاسئلة لكن بشكل محدود جدا تضطر لطلب تفاصيل وتشعر انك مزعج وانت تسأل ولايقدمون المعلومات التي تحتاجها لا أدري هل هي مشكلة لغة أو غير ذلك. الموقع بعيد نسبيا عن المركز مشي ٣٠-٤٠ دقيقة والمشكلة ليست في المشي وإنما في الطريق حيث أن كثيرا من أجزائه طلعات متعبة في المشي خاصة للأطفال أو كبار السن.
