The InterContinental Lisbon delivered on every front — service, space, and views. Two staff members stood out above the rest: my housekeeper and the maître d' in the restaurant. Both were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make the stay special. That kind of genuine hospitality is what separates a good hotel from a great one. The room was genuinely spacious — large enough that I could clear a spot and work out every morning without leaving. And doing that with panoramic views of Lisbon? Hard to beat as a way to start the day! The restaurant Akla was excellent as well, with service that matched the quality of the food. The maître d' set a tone of effortless professionalism that made every meal feel like an occasion. The location is a bonus — right next to Parque Eduardo VII, which I explored every morning under sunny skies with temps in the 60s...in February! A perfect way to ease into the day before heading into the city. Lisbon is a spectacular city, and the InterContinental is a spectacular place to experience it from. Highly recommend.

This was probably the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in. Rooms were clean, spacious, modern and tastefully decorated with a great view. Service was exceptional and non-intrusive. Buffet breakfast had something to satisfy everyone and the service and food quality was excellent. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and hope to return again one day.

A really nice experience at Intercontinental Lisbon. Renovated spacious room and very attentive and personalized service, better than in most hotels of that size and category. The club lounge is very good and definitely worth the upgrade. What needs attention is an upgrade of the gym equipment as some of it is a bit too dated. Being at a central location, overall a very solid choice for business trips to Lisbon.

Welcoming, clean, great breakfast, room included all necessary amenities. Also, thank you so much for helping me out when I realised I couldn’t pay taxi by card and had no currency!

Concierge gave information about the main area of Lisbon (by waterfront) but, he should have given other useful information, such as the best way to travel, other landmarks to visit, etc. We didn’t like the omelette ordered for breakfast at all, sorry!
