Oak Grove Inn

The gentleman running the Days Inn was very nice and attentive. He and his wife handled everything efficiently and kept everything in order.

That room was filthy nasty the carpet is so dirty you dont dare walk in there without shoes. The old tile in the bathroom has mold growing in the corners. Hasent been swept in a long time. Plus it needs to be mopped at least every couple years. I wanted to stay across the highway at the econo lodge. But they were full. I have stayed there before and it is clean. I wouldnt go back to stay at this days inn if it was free. Oh by the way they give you free food in the fridge left by other customers. Nice classy touch. Housekeeping cant even bother to look in the fridge. Mr. Patel has a letter by the front desk saying they will do anything possible to make your stay more comfortable. Not true. You cant find anyone at the front desk after you check in. If anyone from corp. Days inn reads this you need to do a surprise quality controll. Check on this place. The paint is peeling off the walls and falling on the floor. Small kids would be a problem. They do tend to pick things up and put it in their mouth. Plenty of small bits of garbage there for them to munch on. The bozo at the front desk is quite rude. Acts like you are takeing him away from something when you check in. DONT STAY HERE

We stayed at this property over the Christmas holiday. Scary!! White powder around the base boards for bugs, paper thin towels, stains on ceilings and walls just for starters. This motel needs some serious attention and remodeling! The bed and pillows were the only redeeming quality. We slept well!!

Poor customer service - either through www.easytobook.com or this location. Arrived 24hrs after booking online, hotel claimed to not have received payment. I payed straight to the hotel, and have been denied a refund after both credit charges came through on my banking statement. Not pleased!

Hotel was a bit dated, room could of used some minor repairs. Man at checkout time wasn't real friendly, I think he was worried that we were going to stay a minute after checkout time

When we pulled up we were hoping the appearance of the exterior did not have anything to do with the interior. The lady who checked us in was very nice & personable. The room....not so nice. Although we appreciated the flat screen TV, microwave & mini-fridge in the room, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness. The first thing that really struck me was a white spot at the bottom of the dresser; it looked like powder had spilled & was never cleaned up. We then noticed what appeared to be roach powder around the base of the walls, made better by what looked like decaying carcusses. We were there for our sons wedding so our family & friends were all in the same hotel making moving a difficult & time consuming processes that we could not afford. So since we had found a yellowed pillow, we just stopped at Walmart after the rehearsal & purchased $2.50 piillows, cheap sheets & blanket to cover the bedding. The "breakfast" consisted of small stale rolls, milk, sunny d & the coffee was out at 7:30 AM. We went out both mornings. Although, due to the cleanliness we probably would have anyway. We ended up paying much more to stay there than we had planned leaving us to wish we had spent more on the hotel in the first place.

I have stayed at numerous hotels during many cross country trips. This particular Days Inn was particularly disappointing. There was noone at the front desk when I checked in or when I checked out. It took more than 5 minutes to for someone to come to the front desk to help me register. He was not particularly friendly or professional. The room was sparsely decorated but was acceptable. The bathroom was in poor shape. I almost slipped several times in the bathtub due to the surface, and both the shower area and tub we're in poor condition.

Thanks, had a pleasant stay. I stay at hotels every night on business, so it;s hard to remember from day to day which hotel I'm trying to remember. Sometimes tequila helps me remember.

Saw this gem from the freeway, the outside looked nice, so we decided to stay there. The inside is a totally different story, it was rundown, smelly, and dirty. We found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. They moved us to another room, it had food on the carpet. The hallway and rooms were broiling hot, it took half the night to cool our room down. Breakfast was a joke. If we weren’t so tired we would have left and found another motel.

Fairly clean, everything in room outdated and beat up. Noisy....garbageman comes at 2:30am and slams the dumpster. Gimme a break
