"Excellent Downtown Boston Hotel"

Beautiful, classic hotel with nice ambiance. I only stayed here for one night while on business but I look forward to returning for a longer stay. Room, bathroom, amenities were top-notch. Service was impeccable. Dinner at The FED, and room service breakfast were delicious. I didn’t use the gym or pool but they looked nice. An excellent choice in downtown Boston that I will visit again.

A great hotel. The room finishes are perfect. So many hotels try to skimp on finishes and the Langham in Boston does not. Beds and sheets were great. Restaurants were great and service perfect.

Quite simply an outstanding hotel - the building, the rooms, the front desk staff, the dining staff, you name it. There is such pride exuded by all staff at the hotel, and it is an entirely warranted.

"Excellent Hotel"

This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of Boston. It's an easy walking distance to Boston Common, the state capitol building, the Freedom Trail, Quincy Market, etc. The service at the hotel is impeccable. We used our American Express Platinum Fine Hotels & Resorts credit here, and it was an excellent use of that credit card perk. The complementary breakfast at Grana was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Really an excellent property with superb staff. I'd stay here again for sure.
