Staff was very conscientious and friendly. The rooms and fitness club as well as indoor pool are spacious and luxurious. The art collection was a fun treat. The bathrooms were goid but the shower and bathtub setup are much better at other Langham properties such as NYC. They are able to provide extras like early check in and microwave when we asked. The Grana was a delight to have sit down breakfast in. Concierge staff gave helpful recs on local fav bars and speakeasies. They also have an appealing looking bar called The Fed but we did not visit it during our stay.

The Langham has very high levels of service and quality of atmosphere. All of the finishes are great. The Fed, the bar/restaurant was lively after work (we did not dine, however). The bathroom/shower was luxury and the beds were comfortable.

The only dings would be that our 'Family' room was a small (or configured that way) with only 6-8 inches of clearance between the corner of the extended sofa bed and the main king sized bed, and the also between the console with the bar/cooler. Both beds were comfortable but we could have used an extra foot or two clearance to make navigating the room easier. The second (and related) would be there is very little storage space (1 suitcase rack and minimal closet space), so combining these factors I would make sure test theses features on arrival, and trade rooms if possible if the configuration seems small. Apparently the family rooms have varied configurations, so I may not be speaking to all, but just ours.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It is very beautiful, with a great location that makes getting around extremely convenient. The staff was polite, friendly, and always helpful.
