"Elegant oasis close to everything in Boston"

The Langham is elegance personified. The former hq of the Boston Fed, it now is a 5 start hotel. Loved the bar and Grana (restaurant). Especially loved the service from the concierge Austin who went above and beyond with excellent guidance and wonderful details on the history of the gorgeous property. It’s a really nice oasis in the heart of the city and we’re looking forward to coming back!

Superlative and considerate staff, centrally located, beautiful room. My son said he had “the best burger in his life,” in the restaurant. High praise! The coffee and tea were delicious!

Would have been nice to have a business/work center space aside from public lobby.

All of the facilities were excellent, the Langham Club was a particular high point. Our room was beautiful and furnished very tastefully. All staff members were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay at a Langham Hotel in future.

Very shallow bath and a shower but these were only a minor minus point.
