Comfort Inn Chicago Schaumburg - O'Hare Airport

Not as I expected, I have to change the room 3 times.I gave 3 stars because the front desk helped me everytime there was an issue. the issue here is on the house keeping, one of the room,the carpet was wet to the extent my socks abosobed the cleaning solution, hairs on the bathroom floor. another room the sink is clogged before even start using it, the toilet wont flused inside. if the area was properly checked in the first placed I wont have to change my room seveal times

Not dog friendly at at. Be prepared for 30 dollars a nights add on. In a good location and breakfast was so so.

The room was not properly cleaned, there was mold in the shower

The hotel was fine, it was hot. It seemed that not only did the room units struggle to keep the rooms cold but the lobby and halls were extremely hot. That being said, the staff was exceptionally friendly and the lobby was nice. The rooms seemed a little over stuffed with furniture but otherwise nice, the beds were comfortable also.

They never had towel and the trim floor was dirty

We booked with Booking.com on May 15. Our reservation when to "cannot cancel" status on June 18. We confirmed our specific room with the hotel desk agent directly on June 19. On June 20, we received a call after we arrived in town around 5pm that our specific hotel room was given to someone else. Worse, we were told we could contact the guest directly to try to convince them to give our room back. Then we were told we would be ok, so we went to dinner. The to the hotel where we we told, sorry. Then we were told, wait two more hours and the room is yours. At 9pm , we were told, sorry still not yours. Booking.com and Choice Hotel customer service could not find us another hotel. We found one ourselves at another hotel at over 2x the price of what we had booked with Booking at Comfort Inn. No call back from manager or owner days later despite leaving my number.
