A great hotel to stay for the following reasons: 1. Super friendly and professional front desk crews 2. Spacious guest rooms with bathtubs, showers and toilets 3. Quite conditioner 4. Fast internet 5. Friendly greeters at the entrance 6. Convenient location near a lot of restaurants The food at the hotel restaurant is ok, not as fancy as the hotel name

The furniture in the room are getting quite tired. The pillows were so used we had to ask for new ones. But the staff was fantastic!

The bathroom was large. The beds were pretty comfortable. The staff is great. They are all so friendly and helpful. The restaurant Elways on the premises has good food. We ate there quite a few times. I would stay at a Ritz Carlton again as it was a great experience.

"Fantastic Business Hotel on Edge of Downtown"

Attended CEDIA conference at the convention center with a colleague. The show hotel list has been getting worse and worse each year so went outside the show travel and booked the Ritz-Carlton. Many of the Bonvoy hotels in downtown Denver are not as nice as their ratings IMO. This is a great business hotel. Rooms were ready on time and were immaculate. Normal Ritz sheets/towels where were fresh and in good condition. Firm mattress. Great desk with lots of AC/USB all over the room. Water pressure for shower and tub were A+. Fantastic hotel gym. Breakfast at Elways was quick and delicious as was the bar for an after-work cocktail. Coffee and water was always stocked appropriately in the lobby. Went for a run both mornings--this property is on the edge of where Curtis gets dodgy. Go towards Cherry Creek. Would be nice for the hotel to have a house car to zip you around to close by restaurants and buildings instead of of calling an uber which sometimes picked up at valet, other times on Curtis St.

"Ritz Cracker’s are better"

This is Not A Ritz Carlton!

Tattered furniture, not clean- major street noises all night firetruck and police sirens. Tv didn’t work . The restaurant rejected us in the dining room twice saying they were fully booked. And sat us in this booth corner table- here is a picture of how booked the restaurant was…Not nice at all! Just overall terrible. Denver needs help as a whole . They should not be open as a ritz Carlton. Should be more a days inn.
