Customer service is at it's best here. I tried their sample of juice they offered in the afternoon and they bought me an entire bottle to my room after i expressed my interest in having more! I also mentioned as a side note I needed to get a banana in the am before my workout, they brought it along with the juice. Can't ask for a better stay.

Great location! Pet friendly. Staff was amazing, will book here again!

Although this property did not have a pool, overall we had an amazing stay! The staff was so friendly and attentive. Thank you for making our time in Colorado memorable!

The hotel was clean but insufficient staff to assist at checkin. No help finding a nearby hair salon and restaurant food was not the best. In a great downtown location and rooms were nice.

Not up to par for the price you're paying at a Ritz. Wrappers in the couch that wasn't folded out / made up when we arrived, numerous issues with service and accuracy of orders at breakfast, etc. Valet staff was fantastic though. Hope they make some needed improvements.

This hotel is lovely. We chose a club level two queen room for our family of 4. The room was spacious with comfy beds, and very clean. If I’m being picky, there was a small worn hole in one of the bedsheets which wasn’t great, but certainly didn’t detract from the lovely room. The bathroom was very nice, with good shower water pressure. We decided on a club level room partly because it includes breakfast in the price. What we hadn’t appreciated was that there is an extra charge for children to access the club lounge (a room booking only includes club lounge access for 2, even though the room was booked for 4). The extra charge is $100 for 13 and older, $50 below that. If you could take advantage of the lounge for complimentary snacks, drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner, it might be worth it. We were only there overnight which meant the children only had a couple of drinks and breakfast, so the charge was quite high (although they did agree to “only” charge our early teen $50 rather than the usual $100.) All in all, it’s a lovely hotel, but next time we would probably choose a normal room rather than club level (although the club level breakfast was lovely), depending on the overall price difference.
