Days Inn by Wyndham Kennesaw

When I booked this property, I had some problems with Expedia and Chantel and the general manager went above and beyond to accommodate me I would recommend this hotel to anybody good price, good rooms, and the staff is beyond exceptional

Could have used a fresh paint job, but was clean and comfortable, other than was mold on ceiling in shower.

Dirty roach infested motel, why are they still operating?

The place was dirty, had bugs, smelled bad, had terrible pillows, and bad maintenance. Wall were banged up with holes, hotel ran out of coffee and creamer, ice machine was broken, tv didn't work, key card stopped working, floor tiles were broken. Overall horrible.

Staying in this place has been the worst experience for me and my family. We arrived at 12:30 am from Miami and when we entered the room we were horrified. The super dirty room, the dirty sheets and burned with cigarettes, the dirty bathroom and the damaged bathtub. We couldn't bathe and we didn't leave right away because we couldn't find a room at that time. please this hotel chain has to fix its hotels or Expedia should not have them on their page. What happened to us is offensive.

Room had unidentifiable residue and runs on walls. Chipping paint, mold, and holes in ceiling etc......

Supposed to have breakfast included but rarley did.

The first room they gave us was so humid the sheets were wet and the floor was slippery. They moved us to a room that had less moisture but the bathroom door was so heavily painted it could not be closed and then in the morning we woke to cockroaches crawling on everything. We checked out immediately. I reached out several time to the manager and have no return calls.

Qick to fix problems with room but wouldnt just move us to another room. Sraying again.
