"Stay next door at quality inn"

This hotel needs a renovation seriously bad. Paint peeling, exposed wiring where hair dryer was supposed to be but was missing, tv remote didn’t work at all so I had to get my kids to change the channels, holes where shower curtain holders were had toilet paper stuffed into the holes, sink didn’t drain, toilet only had 1 bolt in the base and it was completely loose, mattress was hard as concrete because it was worn out and had a permanent indentation on it. This wasn’t the original room I booked but instead it was the 3rd room we tried. Was supposed to have a king size with couch and original room smelled of marijuana and paint was peeling super bad. No couch in room not even a chair. Room #2 was supposed to be king bed and couch but was a king with chair. Room #3 was 2 full size beds so me and my wife split our 8 & 7 year old boys and took a bed each. This hotel needs some serious renovations. Desk clerk and maintenance guy were super nice and professional but this place is rough.

Had to go to another hotel. Room ceiling bathroom has mold. Leaking pipe in the bathtub. Luggage rack extensive rusting. Room smelled like smoke. Sofa was torn.

Dead bugs on floor tv didn’t work so gave us a taped up remote that still only went up on channels but didn’t control volume dead bug smashed on ceiling and left Then individual trying to come in room with old key but luckily we had bolt lock on then staff came in same way saying wanted to see if anyone was still there Horrible and I have never been through anything like this before recommending this place be shut down immediately

This place needs to be inspected. The rooms are in really bad shape. The first room they gave us look like somebody just went in and robbed the place. TV was missing and room was a disaster. Then we were offered another room and it was dirty and in very bad shape. The concierge was very understanding as I have 2 kids and decided to give us a refund, this was the best part of the hotel. I highly do not recommend this location. There are other better places around the area for just a bit more.

It was disgusting. Roaches running around everywhere. Dead roaches on the floor everywhere. I would never stay here again
