Hotel Kipling

Good sized rooms, fairly priced, great service! First time in Geneva and was very pleased with staff and the room. Definitely a great stay.

The hotel is known as three stars one, but I can give another star.

No air conditioning in the room. The front desk person promised to fix the A/C or move us to another room, then nothing. We were able to get 2 fans to try and mitigate the heat. If not for security concerns I would have left the door open as the rest of the hotel was nice and cool. Open almost $1K for 2 nights for this!! Do yourself favor and stay elsewhere in GVA.

Very well priced stay for Geneva. Lots of extras from Expedia thrown in: Free parking, travel pass etc, so made it a bargain. Lovely staff very helpful with reservations and advice. Underground parking available. The area the hotel is situated however, is a somewhat seedy. We felt perfectly safe, even coming back after midnight on a Saturday, however we did have to walk through the red light district, with multiple girls on the street and and very "ethnic" community. If ever visiting Geneva again, i would probably still stay here, just as its price is good and its all you need.

Very convenient location, walkable to attractions and dining. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

it had a very nice character. The theme is based on the great Author Rudyard Kipling. Estelle at the reception really made our stay special by her warm hospitality.

The customer service was great, nothing was too much to ask. The minibar selection could have been better, and a bar would have been a nice to have

All staff were friendly and very helpful. Room a nice size with all you need, the bathroom and facilities perfect. Nice and quiet after a long day sightseeing. Plenty of choice for breakfast to set you up for the day. Would throughly recommend.
