Hotel Kipling

Peaceful stay. Enjoyed it. Very clean and great service

Excellent location near the train station. Less than one block from a bus stop. Free Geneva transport card was included and made it easy to use the public transportation system. Grab and go breakfast was six euros which included a croissant and a coffee.

Large room. Walking distance to train station and Lake. Always someone at front desk to support service.

Everything was great! The young woman at the desk in the late afternoon early evening was so helpful and nice. Sorry forgot her name. My only slight gripe would be the rooms where very hot and the A/C didnt seem to do the trick in mine or my family's rooms. Made it hard to sleep. So if you like it cool when youre sleeping something to consider.

Loved the room, spacious, quiet, and close enough to city centre without being too close. Would stay again!

My trip was split between two countries, and I had 2 separate reservations with Kipling. The first reservation was in a room on the 4th floor with 2 beds in front of the elevator for 4 nights, and it was minimal noise. The second reservation was on the 3rd floor in a superior room at the end of the hall with a kitchenette and king sized bed. Both rooms were clean and as depicted in their stock photos. I would reserve a room with a kitchenette again as it was convenient. It is furnished with a hybrid microwave with a grill setting, toaster, coffee maker, and refrigerator. I was worried about the negative reviews found on multiple sites, but personally, I had a great time at this hotel and their staff were friendly to me during both stays. Hotel is conveniently located with Cornavin station just 10 minutes walking distance, and 15-20 minutes walking distance to Lake Geneva. Plenty of decently priced restaurants near by.

Great service and location

We loved staying at Hotel Kipling. What a great place with great service. Our flight had arrived early in the morning and we were tired and arrived at Hotel Kipling without our luggage. They let us in the room early and when luggage finally arrived, even brought it up to the room! Enjoyed a fabulous and delicious breakfast the next morning before our next part of our trip!
