"Checked all the boxes !!!"

Very nice hotel situated in downtown Kamloops Good parking underground was spacious but may want to check at check in if you have a large SUV make sure it fits I was driving a mid SUV no issue . Staff all very friendly easy check in . Rooms are medium siz but very nice setup all I needed excellent bathroom & shower and work space For Marriott status members had a nice little pantry great snacks not just chips or pretzels available 24 hrs even on weekend . Very nice bar restaurant area , ate there both nites because Steelhead trout was so good 1st night gets busy on Friday nite but server was excellent as my time was limited Definitely recommend hotel and restaurant will be an easy choice next time in Kamloops . Keaton front desk was excellent and also Dimitri

"Great experience"

We had a wonderful family stay at the Delta hotel in Kamloops. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. Kevin at the front desk truly stood out — he greeted us with a friendly smile, was incredibly helpful, and made us feel right at home. His professionalism and hospitality set the tone for our stay. He recommender places to visit and my son enjoyed Wildlife park. The dinner and breakfast were very good. The restaurant manager does a great job. He is very processional.

"Awesome Anniversary Experience"

Came here for our anniversary staycation and had a great time. We were greeted with warmth and every part of our stay was amazing. Keatou helped us get checked in and even gave us free parking for our anniversary! So thoughtful and made sure we had a great stay:) definitely will be coming back in the future. Love the rooftop pool and hot tub. Overall great service and would like to say thank you
