Meine Schwägerin mit ihrem Sohn kam auch in das Hotel und meine Tochter mit einer Freundin auch. Die Rezeption hat uns schöne Zimmer zusammen bereitgestellt. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Essen top. Service Top

"Entspannter Anlagenurlaub"

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und weitläufig.. Zimmer und Balkon sind angenehm groß. Jeden Tag sind die Wasserflaschen ausgetauscht worden. Das Essen war gut. Das Personal in Restaurant und Raumpflege waren sehr zugewandt und aufmerksam.

Als ich das all inclusiv Armband nur in meiner Handtasche hatte, statt um mein Handgelenk, wurde ich nach einem Spaziergang außerhalb der Anlage von einem Mitarbeiter des Sicherheitspersonals direkt zur Rezeption gebracht, um meinen Gaststatus zu überprüfen. Ich hatte Reisepass, Armband und Zimmerkarte (Papier und Karte) ja immer dabei. Der Mitarbeiter regte sich auf arabisch an der Rezeption über mich auf. Ich fand das unangemessen. Eine Entschuldigung nach Klärung erfolgte nicht. Ich fand es ungewöhnlich, dass das Zimmer nach dem check out von der Rezeption überprüft wird.
